SHORT BIO
Amir received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology in 2017. He subsequently pursued an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, where his research focused primarily on water treatment using polymeric membranes. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University, which he joined in Summer 2023. His current research focuses on electrochemical treatment of sludge, with an emphasis on methane, ethane and ethylene production from digested sludge through electrochemical processes.
